What is the best way to get from the airport to my hotel in Turin?

Accepted Answer

The distance between Caselle-Turin Airport and the city centre (Piazza Castello) is 16 kilometres.

A taxi from Caselle Central to Turin costs about €35 and takes about 30 minutes.

The SADEM and Terravision bus lines connect the airport with Turin city centre. The buses depart from the arrivals level. Ticket counters are located in the arrivals hall. The SADEM service starts at 6.10am until midnight.

Alternative travel option from Milan Malpensa Airport to Turin by bus

Travel time by bus between Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) and Turin is approximately 1hr 55min over a distance of approximately 158km. The quickest bus journey usually takes 1hr 55min. Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) to Turin bus services, operated by Autostradale and FlixBus, depart from Milan Malpensa Airport T1 and arrive at Turin Corso Bolzano. Normally there are 5 connections by bus weekly, although timetables may vary on weekends and public holidays, so please check in advance.

There is no specific dress code at the Juventus Stadium. Fan articles of the visiting team such as jerseys, scarves etc. are prohibited in the stadium.

In principle, we guarantee at least 2 Juventus Turin seat tickets together in the Juventus Stadium. Depending on the game, several contiguous seats are also possible. Simply ask us about this.

Is breakfast included in the hotel?

We offer different hotel rates in the booking process. You can see whether breakfast is included in the price when you select the rate from the respective hotel.
Initially, the cheapest rate is always displayed by the hotel, which usually does not include breakfast. However, you can change to a rate with breakfast if you wish.

Do we need a separate Juventus Turin ticket for our child?

Yes. In Italy, every person (no matter what age) going to the stadium needs their own ticket. Therefore, even small children must have their own Juventus Turin ticket to enter the Juventus stadium.

Unfortunately, as we can only offer full-price tickets, there is no discount on the tickets. However, we may be able to offer a discount on hotel accommodation. Simply write to us for this.

What is the best way to get to Juventus Stadium in Turin?

Accepted Answer

Bus lines 59, 62, 72, 75 and VE1 all stop near Juventus Stadium. Stops are Stadio, Altessano, Druento, Altessano. The Turin metro does not stop near the stadium.
Please note that public transport can be very crowded on match days. We therefore recommend arriving early to the Juventus Stadium.

Generally, the leagues' schedules are set at the start of the season. The exact dates and kick-off times vary in each country and league. You can use the following guidelines to better plan your football trip:

Germany: approx. 6-8 weeks in advance
England: approx. 6-8 weeks in advance
Italy: approx. 2 weeks in advance
Spain: approx. 2 weeks in advance
France: approx. 3-4 weeks in advance
Netherlands: approx. 4 months in advance

Some dates, such as cup finals or European Cup dates, have fixed dates.

Please check the official website of the respective host club or the corresponding league to be sure.

For concerts or other sporting events, the event dates are usually confirmed. However, please check the start/time of the event with the respective organizer.

How and when do I receive my tickets?

You will usually receive the tickets approximately 1-3 days before the event as e- or mobile tickets by email.

We are a recognized reseller or sub-agency of the organizers' official partners. This means that we are dependent on the organizer providing the tickets. This usually only happens a few days before the event. We will do our best to send you the tickets as quickly as possible.

Where will we sit in the stadium/arena?

During the booking process, you can see the areas where your seats are located under ticket details. Your seats will be in the marked area. In the event that the seats are not available, you will automatically be assigned better seats (upgrade).

Can we sit next to each other?

Whether and how many adjacent seats are available varies depending on the event. If you purchase multiple tickets in one booking, we will endeavour to assign you seats next to each other or in close proximity. You will receive detailed information about this by clicking on Ticket Details when you select your ticket category. If you are planning a trip with a larger group and would like everyone to sit together, please contact us directly by email or phone. We are happy to help you check seat availability and handle group requests. We want to make sure you have a great time!

What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?

If the event you booked is rescheduled to another date, you don't need to worry. Your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you have booked a hotel, we will take care of adjusting your hotel reservation to the new date. Our customer service will contact you to discuss the new travel dates and confirm your changed hotel booking according to your wishes. We make sure that you don't have to worry about changes to your plans!

What happens in the event of a cancellation?

If the event you booked is cancelled without a replacement date, you can relax - your tickets will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund.
